Refunds will be issued on the Following Grounds:

  -If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the agreed pickup time, you will be entitled to a refund subject to 2.5% cancellation fees.

  -If the passenger missed the flight and informs us in advance either by e-mail or via phone and obtains a cancellation number.

  -All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of 2.5%

  -No refunds will be issued for the following:

  -If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of agreed pickup time, you will not be entitled to any refund for any reasons. (This includes flight cancellations)
